No matter what your schedule is, there are many ways to volunteer and make a difference for your child and our school. We need everyone -- moms, dads, grandparents, neighbors -- to fill our volunteer needs. You play an important role in your child's education and volunteering is one of most rewarding ways to show your support for the children and staff at Wells. It's a great opportunity for you to make friends, get to know the staff and to be a positive influence in the lives of the children at Wells!
VOLUNTEER CRIMINAL BACKGROUND RENEWALS
PISD requires that all volunteers have a completed Criminal History Check and PISD Volunteer Information Form (must be notarized) in order to participate in any volunteer opportunity at PISD schools. Please log on to the PISD website and complete this process. Applications for the upcoming school year may be completed starting July 1.
Log on to www.pisd.edu, then click on "Volunteer Application" near the bottom of the page, or Click here to go directly to the application. Follow the prompts to complete. At the end of the application process, a Volunteer Agreement form will print out. You must have this form notarized. School office personnel can notarize the form. A new application must be completed each school year.

Click here to view and download a Wells Volunteer Handbook. Simply complete the Wells PTA Volunteer Form and return in your child's Take Home Folder or at the school front office.
